UPPCL ARO Selection Process - चयन प्रक्रिया :

(क) लिखित एवं टंकण परीक्षा : लिखित परीक्षा (सी0बी0टी0) का प्रश्न पत्र दो भागों का होगा। प्रश्न पत्र हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी दो भाषाओं में होगा।

प्रथम भाग :- (1) इस भाग में NIELIT के "0" स्तर के कम्प्यूटर ज्ञान से सम्बन्धित एक प्रश्न पत्र होगा, जिसमें वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार के 50 प्रश्न होंगे व प्रत्येक प्रश्न 01 अंक का होगा। अर्थात यह परीक्षा 50 अंकों की होगी। प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिये ऋणात्मक 1/4 अंक प्रदान किये जायेगें अर्थात 1/4 अंक की कटौती की जायेगी। 

(2) कम्प्यूटर ज्ञान के प्रथम भाग की इस परीक्षा में कम से कम 20 अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य होगा अन्यथा की स्थिति में सम्बन्धित अभ्यर्थी को अर्ह न मानते हुये उसकी लिखित परीक्षा के द्वितीय भाग का मूल्यांकन नहीं किया जायेगा। 

(3) कम्प्यूटर ज्ञान के इस प्रथम भाग में प्राप्त किये गये अंक श्रेष्ठता निर्धारण हेतु नोड़े नहीं जायेंगे। 

द्वितीय भाग :- इस भाग में निम्नांकित पाठ्यक्रम से सम्बन्धित वस्तुनिष्ठ प्रकार का प्रश्न पत्र होगा, जिनके अंधिकतम अंक सम्मुख अंकित हैं। प्रत्येक प्रश्न 01 अंक का होगा एवं प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिये ऋणात्मक 1/4 अंक प्रदान किये जायेगें अर्थात 1/4 अंक की कटौती की जायेगी। 

तृतीय भाग: 

• उपरोक्त द्वितीय भाग की लिखित परीक्षा में प्राप्त किये गये अंकों की मेरिट के आधार पर हिन्दी टंकण 
• परीक्षा हेतु आमंत्रित किये जाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या का निर्धारण विद्युत सेवा आयोग द्वारा किया जायेगा। प्रतिबन्ध यह होगा कि किन्ही भी परिस्थियों में आमंत्रित किये जाने वाले अभ्यर्थियों की संख्या रिक्तियों के सापेक्ष तीन गुने से कम नहीं होगी। टंकण हेतु अभ्यर्थियों को कम्प्यूटर पर 05 मिनट की परीक्षा में प्रतिभाग लेना होगा जिसके आधार पर टंकण गति का निर्धारण किया जायेगा।
• हिन्दी टंकण की परीक्षा Kruti Dev 010 या 016 फॉन्ट में ली जायेगी।
• चयन हेतु हिन्दी टंकण में न्यूनतम 30 शब्द प्रति मिनट की गति प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य होगा अर्थात हिन्दी टंकण हेतु निर्धारित इस गति को प्राप्त न करने वाले अभ्यर्थी चयन प्रक्रिया से बाहर हो जायेंगे।

विशेष:- (1) उपरोक्तानुसार, निर्धारित प्रतिबन्धों एवं अर्हताओं के अधीन, द्वितीय भाग की लिखित परीक्षा हेतु निर्धारित 200 अंकों के आधार पर ही अभ्यर्थियों की अंतिम मेरिट लिस्ट बनाकर चयन की प्रक्रिया सम्पन्न की जायेगी। 

(2) उपरोक्तानुसार निर्धारित 200 अंकों की परीक्षा में 2 या अधिक अभ्यर्थियों के समान अंक पाने की स्थिति में उस अभ्यर्थी का नाम ज्येष्ठता सूची में ऊपर रहेगा जिसकी उम्र अधिक होगी। 

(3) परीक्षा प्रक्रिया से सम्बन्धित अन्य ऐसे बिन्दु जिनका विनियमावली में कोई उल्लेख नहीं है के सम्बन्ध में निर्णय लेने का अधिकार अध्यक्ष, विद्युत सेवा आयोग को प्राप्त होगा। 

(4)दक्षता(टंकण) परीक्षा हेतु निर्धारित तिथि समय एवं स्थल पर उपस्थित होना अनिवार्य है अन्यथा की स्थिति में चयन प्रक्रिया अपूर्ण मानते हुए अभ्यर्थी का अभ्यर्थन निरस्त कर दिया जायेगा एवं कोई अन्य अवसर नहीं दिया जायेगा।
