Government of India has started online registration portal of covid 19 Co-Win vaccination to avoid corona pandemic. Every citizen of India who is eligible for this stage belongs to a state (Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, etc.). After reading the notification, they can register online for vaccination from the Co-Win portal.

Covid 19 Vaccination Eligibility for Citizen Phase I.

All Indian citizens above 18 years of age can register online for Co-Win Vaccine for Corona Pandemic.

After applying the vaccine, you will have to remain like this for monitoring for 30 minutes.

You can also download the certificate of the vaccine on Digilocker, Arogya Setu App and Co-Win Portal.

Process for Registration Co-Win

Only 4 People can be Registered on one mobile Number.

You will have to Provide Your Photo, ID Proof type and Number, Name and Date of Birth after it OTP will come on your Mobile No. for Registration.

After it, You will have to make a schedule Appointment, in which You have to choose your nearst State District, Block and then Book it..

On that Date and time of Appointment you will have to go to the Corona epidemic and get Vaccine.

Where can I register for COVID-19 vaccination?

You can log in to the Co-Win portal using the link www.cowin.gov.in and click on the “Register/Sign Inself” tab to register for COVID-19 vaccination.

Which age groups can register for vaccination on the Co-WIN portal?

All citizens aged 18 years and above can register for vaccination.

Is online registration mandatory for Covid 19 vaccination?

Vaccination Centres provide for a limited number of on-spot registration slots every day. Beneficiaries aged 45 years and above can schedule appointments online or walk-in to vaccination centres. Beneficiaries aged 18 years and above can schedule appointments online or walk-in to Government vaccination centres. However, beneficiaries aged 18-44 years should mandatorily register themselves and schedule appointment online before going to a Private vaccination centre.

In general, all beneficiaries are recommended to register online and schedule vaccination in advance for a hassle-free vaccination experience.

Can I register for vaccination without Aadhaar card?

Yes, you can register on Co-WIN portal using any of the following ID proofs:

  • PAN card
  • Passport
  • Pension Passbook
  • NPR Smart Card

Is vaccination free at all vaccination centres?

No. Currently, vaccination is free at Government hospitals and charged at INR 250 in Private hospitals for beneficiaries aged 45 years and above.

From 1st May onwards, the Vaccination for people of 45 years or more will continue to be free at the Government facilities. For people between 18 to 44 years the States will announce the policy relating to payment. Vaccination will be priced by private facilities and you can see the price of each vaccine at the time of booking.

Where can I download vaccination certificate from?

You can download vaccination certificate from the Co-WIN portal (cowin.gov.in) or the Aarogya Setu app or through Digi-Locker by following the simple steps. You may do so by using the mobile number used at the time of registration.
